These terms explain the basis on which Discount World Express sells goods through this website.
1. Who we are
Business address: Discount World Express, High Street, Criccieth, Gwynedd, LL52 0BU. Customers can contact us using the Contact Us form on this website.
2. Products
We take reasonable care to describe products accurately. Product photographs, packaging and colours may vary slightly from how they appear on a screen. Availability is subject to stock.
3. Prices
The price shown at checkout is the price payable for the goods. Any delivery charge will be shown before you place the order. We may correct obvious pricing or listing errors before accepting an order.
4. Orders and payment
Adding an item to your basket does not reserve stock or create a contract. An order is accepted only when we confirm acceptance after successful payment. Secure card payments are processed by Square. Raw card details are entered into Square's secure payment fields and are not stored by Discount World Express.
5. Delivery and collection
FREE Royal Mail Delivery is available on home-delivery orders, with paid Royal Mail upgrade options shown at checkout. Orders placed before 1:30pm Monday–Friday are dispatched the same working day. Orders placed after the cut-off, at weekends or on non-working days are dispatched on the next working day. Local collection is free, must be paid for online before confirmation, and is available Monday–Friday, 9:30am–4:30pm once we have emailed to confirm the order is ready.
6. Cancellation, returns and faulty goods
Your cancellation, return and refund rights are described on our Returns & Refunds page. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be excluded under UK consumer law.

We use personal information as explained in our Privacy Policy.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the applicable law of England and Wales, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply to you.
