How home delivery and local collection work for orders placed through Discount World Express.

Home delivery

FREE Royal Mail Delivery is available on home-delivery orders. At checkout you can optionally upgrade to Royal Mail Tracked 48 for £1.95, Royal Mail Tracked 24 for £4.95, or Royal Mail Special Delivery for £14.95. Your chosen service and any upgrade charge are shown before payment.

Same-day dispatch: orders placed before 1:30pm Monday–Friday are dispatched the same working day. Orders placed after 1:30pm, at weekends or on non-working days are dispatched on the next working day.

Where a Royal Mail tracking reference is available, it will be shown on your secure order page and in relevant order emails with a direct link to Royal Mail tracking.

Unless a different timescale is agreed with you, goods will be delivered without undue delay and no later than 30 days after the contract is made.

Local collection

Local collection is free and the order must be paid for online before it is confirmed. Collection opening hours are Monday–Friday, 9:30am–4:30pm. Orders placed outside these hours are prepared from the next working day. Please wait for the “Ready for collection” email before travelling to Discount World Express, High Street, Criccieth, Gwynedd, LL52 0BU.
